Dale Schoolman brings over 20 years of experience, leadership and accounting development expertise to EventPro Strategies. He believes in company-wide teamwork to provide accurate and timely financial information for senior management to make solid business decisions in a growing company like EventPro Strategies.

As Controller, Dale supervises the accounting department and continually integrates updated policies and procedures to fully utilize team skills and streamline communications with all departments.

Dale has deep experience as a self-employed accountant and accounting software consultant. Additionally, he worked six years with an HVAC contractor to develop the accounting department, and to implement policies and procedures while the company grew its revenues from $12 million to $48 million. He also has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution and franchise accounting.
