Larry McLennan brings EPS over 20 years of experience creating and executing complex and demanding human talent procurement and organizational restructuring programs for a variety of clients including General Electric, Ingersoll-Rand, Motorola and MilkPEP (better known publicly as the dairy industry’s "Got Milk?" and "Milk Moustache" cooperative marketing programs).

Throughout the 1990s, Larry was in the forefront of creating and executing several of the staffing industry’s first successful contingent worker managed staffing (MSP/VMS) and recruitment procurement outsourcing (RPO) programs. Under Larry’s leadership and direction, these programs eventually grew to encompass an annual spend-under-management well in excess of $1 billion, as well as the timely and quality staffing of over 50,000 unique contingent worker assignments each year.

Recently Larry operated his own staffing and consulting firm with an emphasis on the food service and non-profit industries.

Among other things, we are calling upon Larry’s process mapping and execution skills and experience to even further enhance EPS’s development and delivery of new and enhanced, leading-edge operational processes and programs. This will deliver even better quality, delivery, cost control and overall customer satisfaction metrics, surpassing what EPS clients have come to expect over the years.
