Program: Aircell Gogo Gate Staff

Objective: Provide customer service representatives (CSRs) at the gate of Gogo-equipped American, Delta, Air Tran, United, Air Canada and US Airways flights to introduce and sell Gogo In-Flight Internet to passengers.

  • American Airlines: 6 markets (JFK, LAX, SFO, STL, DFW, ORD)
  • Delta: 5 markets (LGA, BOS, DCA, JFK, SLC) 
  • Air Tran: 2 markets (BOS, BWI)
  • United: 3 markets (JFK, LAX, SFO)
  • Air Canada*: 3 markets (LAX, YUL, YYZ)
  • US Airways: 2 markets (CLT, PHX)
  • French/English Bilingual staff members were required for this airline
