Client:  Hilton Worldwide USA House

Program:  Hilton Worldwide USA House Concierge Staff- Vancouver Olympics

Objective:  EPS Staff were hired to fulfill Concierge responsibilities for VIP attendees at the USA HOUSE (a private, invite-only venue associated with the US Olympic Team)

  • Staff interacted with current and previous Olympic Star Athletes, celebrities and other VIPs
  • EPS Staff were screened to provide the Client with the premium hospitality skills requested for this event

Deliverables: EPS provided 15 Concierge Staff to cover 62 shifts over 20 days. Each Concierge completed a post-event report card/shift worked.  The intent was to provide the Client with important feedback during the event to better meet the short term needs of the attendees to the Vancouver/USA HOUSE and also with the long-term goal of improving USA HOUSE venues in the future.

  • EPS Staff assisted the Client with daily Tracking of materials distributed to USA HOUSE attendees including maps of Vancouver and surrounding Olympic venues and the prized limited-edition Olympic pins.

Results:  Program was a success according to all of the Client’s on-site reports. Thousands of visitors to the USA HOUSE were treated with the exceptional courtesy which is expected from all Hilton Worldwide employees and affiliated venues.

  • All Talent hired needed to have previous hospitality experience, bi-lingual Talent was preferred and a deep knowledge of Vancouver, BC in order to better serve the attendees to the USA HOUSE with transportation suggestions, local/regional directions and local entertainment/dining suggestions.
  • Security was high at the USA HOUSE and all Talent needed Security clearance in order to work this event.
  • Each EPS Talent was required to report on their specific shift when it was completed and also to offer estimates on merchandise that was distributed(i.e. maps, Olympic pins, etc). The Client now has 100+ daily reports from EPS Staff to inform the Concierge Staff at a future USA HOUSE location.
