Program: Livescribe Campus Rep Scribe Program

- To raise awareness of Pulse Smartpen by conducting demos on campus throughout semester
Deliverables:
- 54 Markets/College Campuses
- 96 planned, approved, and executed on-campus events
- Flew 50 staff members to Oakland, CA for a three day training summit
- Conducted additional web training
Results:
- 679 Pulse Smartpens purchased using unique program discount code
- 27,527 people saw a Pulse Smartpen demo from an EPS representative
- 184 students were loaned a Pulse Smartpen to try out
Program Details:
- Some staff members also performed product display checks at local retail stores, set up event tables within retail stores for on-site demonstrations, and helping train retail store employees on how to use the Pulse Smartpen
- Large event demo kits which included table cloths, monitors, speakers, and product signage were shipped to most staff members prior to on campus events
- Strategic project planning and management throughout course of entire program
College Ambassador / College Marketing | Rooftop Comedy

Program: College Street Teams
Objective: Promote the Rooftop Comedy National College Comedy Competition (NCCC) to students at various Universities across the United States.
- Street teams promoted the NCCC to students on campus in an effort to increase the amount of student participation in the online competition and encourage additional students to attend the competitions taking place at local comedy clubs.
Deliverables: Rooftop Comedy required college-age Brand Ambassadors to distribute flyers, promote the NCCC and interact with students at college campuses in an informal “Street-team” style fashion.
- Street Teams executed at 20+ college campuses throughout the United States.
- Brand Ambassadors also served as staff members at the comedy competitions.
- Six universities required a Talent Bus Supervisor to distribute and collect waivers from students taking a bus from campus to the competition.
- 20 Team Leaders and 60 Brand Ambassadors – 80 Total Staff
Results: Street Teams received a warm welcome from the students on campus and were able to effectively encourage a significant amount of students to attend the local comedy shows.
Additional Program Details: On campuses that do not allow solicitation (i.e NYU), EPS Team Leads were required to complete a research and routing plan for the street team to execute.
