Objective: National CineMedia needed managers and staff to execute Mary Kay in-theatre corporate events for the year. Responsibilities included liaising with vendors, setup and breakdown, assisting client, overseeing the event and providing assistance wherever needed.

  • Manager was required to be experienced in the use of technology equipment and able to troubleshoot audio visual equipment

Results: Program was a clear success with all A-V issues rectified in a timely fashion and positive feedback from Mary Kay Consultants

Program Details:

  • Talent requirements for Manager and staff called for professional and articulate women between the ages of 25 – 35, with prior experience in cosmetic/beauty products
  • All executions took place at movie theaters
  • EPS was required to rent and verify delivery/pick-up of tables, chairs and linens for each execution
