Program:  Shuttle Steward Staff 

Objective:  Create a one-of-a-kind VIP experience for Abbott Vascular employees who attended a national annual convention held in Santa Clara, CA and Temecula, CA.

  • EPS talent were responsible for creating a first class experience by serving beverages and snacks to the employees on shuttles from their hotels to the convention center and acting as a group guide on-site at the convention.

Deliverables:  Elements Exhibits required Welcome staff to greet Abbott Vascular employees in their hotel lobbies and Shuttle Staff to serve as hostesses on the shuttles taking the employees from their hotels to the convention center.

  • Shuttle Staff traveled with Abbott Employees from San Francisco to Santa Clara and San Diego to Temecula.
  • The San Francisco location required three shifts of Shuttle Staff containing three Shuttle hostesses per shift, and the San Diego location required one shift containing four Shuttle Hostesses.
  • Each shift required Welcome staff to greet Abbott employees in the lobby of their hotel and direct them toward the shuttle that took them to the convention center.
