Program: Shuttle Steward Staff
Objective: Create a one-of-a-kind VIP experience for Abbott Vascular employees who attended a national annual convention held in Santa Clara, CA and Temecula, CA.

EPS talent were responsible for creating a first class experience by serving beverages and snacks to the employees on shuttles from their hotels to the convention center and acting as a group guide on-site at the convention.
Deliverables: Elements Exhibits required Welcome staff to greet Abbott Vascular employees in their hotel lobbies and Shuttle Staff to serve as hostesses on the shuttles taking the employees from their hotels to the convention center.

Shuttle Staff traveled with Abbott Employees from San Francisco to Santa Clara and San Diego to Temecula.

The San Francisco location required three shifts of Shuttle Staff containing three Shuttle hostesses per shift, and the San Diego location required one shift containing four Shuttle Hostesses.

Each shift required Welcome staff to greet Abbott employees in the lobby of their hotel and direct them toward the shuttle that took them to the convention center.
Results: Abbott Vascular employees received a first-class experience from the Welcome Staff and Shuttle Hostesses provided for their annual convention.
Each shuttle was equipped with a customer-service oriented Hostess and each Hotel contained two Welcome Staff to greet the employees.

Shuttle Hostesses were required to have previous food/beverage serving experience.

All talent were screened and booked based on their customer-service skills, previous serving experience and professional clean-cut appearance.

All staff were required to use cell phones while on-site to facilitate communication between client, shuttle operators, convention staff and other talent, and ensure the timely delivery of information.
