Provide project management, specialty staff recruiting, an online client portal, and program spending management.

Program Elements:

In addition to targeted restaurants and bars, EPS talent represented WGS brands at the Aspen Food and Wine Festival, WGS VIP Yacht Party, and various other special events.

EPS coordinated multiple in-person staff trainings in each market, and made sure that the entire staff had all program materials at each event.

EPS managed all trade spend for all events, and ensured through EPS credit card controls and monitoring that both spend limits and all program requirements were strictly followed.

Client portal technology featured a talent repository, on-line testing, report cards, and scheduling capabilities.
