Program:  Yerba Buena Garden Party – Trade Show

Objective:  To create an interactive large-scale single-site party at the Yerba Buena Garden in San Francisco with a view to increasing brand awareness for VMware

• Large-scale and multi-faceted activation in a single location
• Activities included inflatable basketball court, ice-skating, bull-riding, rock climbing and much more!

Deliverables:  Provide a large team of fully-trained Brand Ambassadors and on-site EPS Project Management to facilitate a smooth flow of traffic and oversee the individual elements of the activation.

• 2 Team Leaders, 23 Staff and 5 backups (total of 30 highly experienced event staff)
• EPS Project Manager on-site to oversee talent check-in and provide assistance to JMW on-site managers.
• 2-hour in-person training on the day before the event


Results: Flawless execution of the event with phenomenal feedback from attendees and client!
