How Do The Program Coordinators Decide Which Talent To Book?
While there are many elements that factor in this decision, experience, availability, and enthusiasm all play a major role in the talent selection process. This is why it is important to make sure that you update your resume each time you apply for an event. Always make sure to include any management experience, employment, or previous staffing events that you may have excelled at in the past. The more we know, the better we can help you book an event!
